Step:

  1. Saute Onions in Skillet, move to stock pot once browned

  2. Pour in Vodka, Let cook 10 minutes

  3. Mix in crushed tomatoes and spices, cook 30 minutes

  4. Pour in heavy cream, mix well, let cook 30 minutes

  1. 1/2 Cup Butter
  2. 1 Diced Onion
  3. 1 Cup Vodka
  4. 2 (28 Ounce) Cans Crushed Tomatoes
  5. 1 Pint Heavy Cream
  6. To Taste Salt and Pepper
  7. 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
  8. 1/4 TSP Oregano
  9. 1/4 TSP Parsley
