Step:
In a bowl, add flour, salt and mix properly. Gradually add the water until it forms a firm dough. Cover to rest for 15- 30mins.
Place ur dough on a floured surface, form a round shape, put ur finger in the middle to create a hole. Roll it to make the hole bigger, then cut, it forms a straight line automatically. Divide ur dough into 10 and roll each into a ball.
Take each ball and roll flat to form a small circle. Then take one of the dough, oil and flour the surface and put another on top. Keep repeating the step until ur dough is finished. U can make it into 5 places for easy rolling. Made mine into 2. Flour the dough on top and bottom and start rolling slowly.
Ensure to flip the dough as u roll. The dough should be very thin. U can Divide the dough horizontally or vertically if u have a small pan and to make it easy for u. Heat up a pan on medium heat and place the dough for 10 seconds or until u start seeing bubbles, flip and heat up the other side as well
Cover the dough for a while to cool and separate easily. If u find it difficult to separate, cut off the edges which can be also baked or fried and serve as snacks. Repeat until u are done. The dough will be so thin that u can literally see ur fingers in it.
Shape into a cone, add in any fillings of ur choice (meat, chicken, potatoes, plantain, fish, eggs, veggies or anything u want),seal with flour mix with water (the mixture should be thick) and fry on a low heat to avoid bubbles on the samosa. Ur samosa is ready. U can store ur samosa sheets using a container or Ziploc bag in a freezer for up to a month. Whenever u want to use, bring it out to room temperature. Do not microwave.
