Step:
Wash, Strain, & Bake black beans 15 min at 160C. Mash somewhat, leaving bits.
Fry: Onion, Garlic, Pepper until soft. Blend in food processor, along with all spices & cheese of choice.
Transfer to bowl & combine with dry ingredient of choice, worcestershire, smoke flavour, & catsup/mayo. Sauces mix should not exceed 50ml. Add black beans. (ALT: Blend everything in food processor.)
Whisk 2 eggs & mix into batter. Form into patties. Add dry ingredient as needed to better form patties. Bake at 200C for about 10 min on each side. Remember, all that needs full cooking is the egg. Brown as desired.

2 tins black beans, dried (bake 15 min at160C)
Oil
1 Bell pepper (red prefferred)
1 onion, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
Suggested Spices: Cumin, Chili powder, paprika
Salt & Pepper OR Creole seasoning OR fav 'Grill' seasoning blend
60-70 g crumbs (GF Panko or oat flour or bread if you MUST)
Worcestershire sauce
1 Dash Liquid smoke
Catsup and/or Mayo
2 Eggs (or any egg-free 'binder', like low-liquid potato mash)
