Step:

  1. Mixed rice flour besan and salt chilli powder and a pinch of hing

  3. Then with the help of chakri mould fry in low to medium flame till it becomesgolden colour

  1. 2 Cups rice flour
  2. 1 cup besan/gram flour
  3. to taste Salt and chilli powder
  4. pinch Hing/asafoetida
  5. 3 spoon melted ghee for moin
  6. As needed Warm water to knead the dough
  7. 3 cup Oil for frying
