Take all-purpose flour,add curd and baking powder in it and make a normal neither thick nor thin batter and whisk it for 5 minutes with the help of your hands.How much you whisk it,you will get very gud result.And let it rest for half an hour.
Meanwhile make sugar syrup.Take a pan add sugar and water.Cook it till sugar dissolves completely.Now add orange colour, cardamom powder and cook it till sugar gets sticky in your fingers.We don't need any string consistency.
Now whisk a batter again and take one milk packet,wash it properly and wipe it.Now pour your batter in a packet and secure it tightly with the help of rubber band.Now make a small hole on the top of your cone.
Now heat the oil or ghee in a flattened pan and keep the flame medium.Now start making your jalebis and cook it till light golden colour and crispy at medium flame.
Now dip these jalebis in warm sugar syrup for 2 minutes. Strain it properly and serve hot
