Step:

  1. Place apples butter and cinnamon on low heat and add onions saute while slicing the kielbasa

  2. After slicing the kielbasa place in pan add cabbage

  3. Add sauerkraut beer and carraway seeds and simmer. This would be wonderful with warm German potato salad

Ingredients

  1. About 15"of polish kielbasa sliced thin
  2. 3 small apples peeled and cored, sliced thin
  3. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  4. 1-15 oz can of sauerkraut
  5. About 4 leaves of cabbage slices and chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 1 tbsp CARRAWAY seeds
  8. 1-8 oz can of beer
