Step:
Take a big bown and ½ cup of butter, (make sure the butter should not be too much melted), ½ cup of sugar jaggery powder/or you can use brown sugar, now using the spatula mix together.
Put 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, ½ tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of Coco powder.
1 tbsp corn flour because it makes the cookies nice and chewy, make the mixture would look coarse and sandy.
Now add binding agent 1/4 cup of milk into and mix well.
Let it rest to refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Now scoop out a ball and place it on a baking tray, and press the balls to flaten it.
Top it with chocolate chunks/ chips.
Pre heat kadhai for about 12-15 minutes, place it on a grill or cookie tray and cover up the lip for about 10-15 minutes,
