Step:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and squidge it all through with clean hands. The heat from your hands melts the coconut oil. Scrape your hands with a spatula.
Line 2 trays of a dehydrator and dry on 45°c for about 6 hours. Cool and store in airtight container for upto 1 month. You can spread on baking tray and put in oven 150°c for 10mins instead of dehydrator.
At the same time I dehydrated a pineapple which I will chop up and add the the mix.
Ingredients
2 cups porridge oats
1/2 cup chopped nut (Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or sunflower seeds)
1/2 cup chopped sultanas (could add apricots, dates, raisins)
2 tbsp Clear Honey
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Pinch sea salt
