Step:
First of all soak sella rice for 2 hours for best result
In the meanwhile prepare masala first of all in a pot add oil then onion make it light golden then add tomato,and all the masalas including ginger garlic paste saute all then add 1/2 cup of water to make masala properly together
When masala becomes homogeneous add peas then cook for 2 minutes
Now add soaked rice and 3cups of water remember always add 1 cup extra water from your rice for the best result
Now when the water reduced and little bit left put on dum(low flame) for 10 minutes and cover the lid
After 10 minutes take out in a dish and serve hot delicious masala peas is ready to eat

2 cups sella rice
1 cup peas(matar)
1 big Onion slices
2 tomatoes chopped
1 and half tspn red chilli powder
2 tspn salt
1 tspn turmeric powder
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
1 Bari elaichi (big black cardamom)
2-3 long (cloves)
2 star anise (badiyan ka phool)
3 glass water
2-3 tbspn oil
1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
