BBQ flavoured Potato cutlets

First wash & boil potatoes..

Peel & mashed potatoes with potato masher or with fork, don't chopperize in machine it will make paste which we don't want

In mashed potatoes add BBQ sauce, paprika, pepper,salt & cheese..

Mix all ingredients well with mashed potatoes..

Shape them & coat it with corn flour.

Shallow fry & serve it in platter, Enjoy with ketchup, chilli sauce & BBQ sauce..
