Dry roast all the achari masala ingredients at first. Make a fine powder. In a pan, heat oil and saute the ginger garlic paste at first. Followed by the onion and cabbage until translucent.
Add hung curd and all the spices. Saute them all for a minute on a low to medium-high heat. Now add the achari masala spice and the mince. Cover and cook until done for about 18 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside to cool. Place the stuffing on the sheet. Fold and seal them properly with a flour paste.
Deep fry them in hot oil on high heat just until they turn golden. Do not fry them much as the stuffing is already cooked. Serve these along with its popular dip Ketchup or Chilli Garlic Sauce.
