Step:
Heat Oil in a pan and saute Green Chillies, Onions and Ginger garlic paste on a low heat. Do not increase the heat.
After the Onions get translucent done, add Mince and the other ingredients as well. Add Salt too according to one's own taste. Add all the mentioned spices too. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Do not add water.
After 15 minutes, add Capsicum Cubes and Green Peas if adding. Mix well and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Do not cook much as the Capsicum should retain it's crunch yet it shouldn't be raw. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot alongside any meals of the day.

500 gm Mutton Mince
3 Capsicum Cubes
2 Onions finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
3 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Green Peas boiled (optional)
