Step:

  1. Fine chop the onions, carrots and mince the garlic. Sauté all the vegetables including the beans & peas....

  2. In a hot pan dry roast the fusilli before the actual cooking. Then cook the pasta until it’s soft.

  3. Just stir the sautéd vegetables into the cooked pasta.

  4. Bon Appetite?!?

  1. 500 g fusilli pasta
  2. 1 red onion
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 1 bigger carrot
  5. 1 cup mixed beans
  6. 1 cup peas
