Step:
Take 2 cup Moong dal chilka and soak it for 5to 6 hours.....after that drain out all water from it.
Take a mixie jar and add Moong dal, chillies, garlic cloves, piece of ginger in it gradually..and crush it..into fine paste...don't add water at this stage.
Add 1/2 cup rice flour and salt to taste...and 1tsp curd in it..stir it well...give it rest for half an hour..
Add little amount of water in the mixture and make a fine better. Consistency of water is not so thick and not so thin. Better is ready for chilla.
Take a nonstick tavi and heat it on medium flame....Spread some oil on it...put some amount of better and spread it round and round to make chilla.
Sprinkle some chopped onions on chilla and press it gently...turn it on the other side and shallow fry it with oil.
Your chilla is ready to serve...you can enjoy it with green dhaniya chutney and mithi tamarind chutney...
