Brownies cheesecake

Brownies mix 1st :

melt the choc with the butter on a water bath for 5 mins and then leave it to cool down

Add to the choc mix the sugar

Then the egg gradually

add the cocoa,flour,salt & choc chips

Now the cheesecake mix :

add all the ingredients to the mixer and mix them till they reach the hard peak

In a tray covered with paper sheet add the half amount of the brownies mix then the cheesecake mix then the other half of the brownies mix

To the oven for 35 mins on 180 degrees
