Step:

  1. The Mince Mutton needs to be just stir fried here. Therefore use fine Mince for this recipe. Heat Oil and saute the Onions until done.

  2. Add the Mince now along with all the spices. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

  3. Open the lid and give it a good stir and switch off the heat after 2 minutes. Make the maggi noodles only with little of the tastemaker. And keep it little firmer. Do not over cook. Take care of that.

  4. To serve, mix the cooked Mince with the Noodles. Fluff it up lightly and serve hot. It tastes yum. You will definitely love it for Dinner as a delicious dish. Or as a satisfying Brunch or even as a healthy snack at tea-time or for that 4 Pm Choti Moti Bhook time. Happy Eating!

  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp Cubeb Pepper or Tailed Pepper powder

  8. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  10. 1/4 cup Spring Onions chopped
