Step:

  1. Wash and clean and chop the methi leaves. Drain out the water completely. Take all ingredients and knead a soft dough.

  2. Rest it for 10 mins.

  3. Now take a ball from the dough and with the help of your hands pat it between the palms. Make it like a roti. If you can't do it with your hands then roll it like you make rotis.

  4. Heat a tawa and roast it on both sides. When done remove from the tawa and apply ghee. Serve it with curd.

  1. 1 cup jowar atta(flour)
  2. 1/2 cup nachni atta(flour)
  3. 1 tbsp rice atta(flour)
  4. 1 tbsp wheat atta(flour)
  5. 1 tbsp oats
  6. 1 cup methi (fenugreek)leaves
  7. 3 green chillies
  8. 1 inch ginger
  9. 1 tsp garlic granules
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsp white til(sesame seeds)
  14. As needed Ghee to apply on the rotla
  15. as needed Curd to be served along with the rotla
