Slice carrot's . And cube Apple's

Get apan/skarlet/cooker add water.carrots and apples.then bring to a boil.

Squeeze out the juice after it has cooled down to warm mixture using astrainer

Squeeze out lime juice from our lemon

Add lime juice and 4tblspoons of honey to our mixture

Then u got to drink it warm or cold.. whatever u like...
