Preheat the oven to 200 degrees to keep the chops warm later in the cooking process. Brown the Pork Chops about 2 minutes a side in a non-stick pan.
Remove pork chops from the pan, put them in the oven to stay warm, and cook the onion in the oil leftover from the pork chops until golden (about 4-5 minutes). While the onions cook, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and M.S.G. in a small bowl.
Return the chops to the pan, and pour the Soy and Brown Sugar mixture over the chops and cover. Simmer for 3 minutes covered, flip the chops and simmer them another 3 minutes covered. Take the lid off the pan and serve.
