Take 6 inches rectangular baking tin. Grease with oil. Dust maida evenly on the cake tin and discard extra amount of maida
Shift maida to a bowl. In another mixing bowl, take curd and sugar. Mix well with whisker. Then mix baking powder and soda
Mix well and rest for 5 minutes,till the bubbles come, due to curd and soda reaction.
Take oil, vanilla extract and shifted flour. Mix well using wire whisk or spatula.
Fold nicely to a smooth batter. Spread the cake batter in greased tin. Tap twice to remove air bubbles.
Bake in a kadhai for 30-35 minutes on heat. Check with a toothpick.
De-mold when cool. You may garnish with chocolate gnash/nutella and nuts. Thanks

1 cup curd
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cooking oil (neutral smell)
1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
1 pinch salt
