Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.

  2. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas. Combine well.

  3. Sift together flour and soda. Add to the creamed mixture.Add vanilla extract,walnuts and choco chips.

  4. Mix just untill combined.Do not overmix.

  5. Pour into the greased and floured loaf pan

  6. Bake at 175 C for about 55 minutes.keep checking in between.

  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 3 bananas finely crushed
  4. 2 eggs beaten
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 1.5 cups maida(all-purpose flour)
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  9. as needed Crushed walnuts
