Step:

  1. Take a bowl pour pour butter add sugar powder beat well

  2. Then add oil,lemon juice,venila essence

  3. Mix well then add flour,baking soda,baking powder mix althose make sure it should be lumpfree

  4. Then add lemon zest,tootyfruity pieces

  5. Pour batter on muffin mould then bake 180degree @20mins then check it

  6. Ready to serve

  1. 4 Tsp lemon juice
  2. 80 gm purpose flour
  3. 60 gm sugar powder
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tbsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp vanila essence
  7. 1 cup oil
  8. 2 tsp butter
  9. 1 tsp tutti fruiti
  10. 1 tsp lemon zest
