Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into muffin tin that has been sprayed with non stick spray.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown. I got 9 muffins out of this mixture but it will depend on the size of your tin.

  4. I drizzled syrup over mine and also tried it with strawberry jam. Delicious!

  1. 1 lb cooked, drained and crumbled breakfast sausage
  2. 1 Cup Bisquick
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 Cup Cheese
