Step:
In a large bowl combine tuna fish, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet relish, mayonnaise and cheddar cheese, set bowl to the side......
Place 1 Goya discos on a plate.....
Using a rolling pin to spread out dough......
Place 1 tablespoon of tuna filling on center of each discos......
Seal edges with a fork.......
Place each finished empanada on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.....
Continue with the process until all tuna is used up.......
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes......
Let cool for several minutes, serve and enjoy !

3 cans tuna fish in water (drained, 4 ounce)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sweet relish
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
