Step:
Combine the sprouted matki, moong, Black chickpeas and water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Grease a non-stick tawa with little oil. Pour big spoon of the batter of the Uttapa and spread it gently in a circular motion to make a round Uttapa. Cook all the Uttapa using of oil, till they turn brown in colour from the both sides.
Serve immediately with green Coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
