Step:

  1. Combine the sprouted matki, moong, Black chickpeas and water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and all remaining ingredients and mix well.

  2. Grease a non-stick tawa with little oil. Pour big spoon of the batter of the Uttapa and spread it gently in a circular motion to make a round Uttapa. Cook all the Uttapa using of oil, till they turn brown in colour from the both sides.

  3. Serve immediately with green Coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

  3. 1/4 cup black chickpeas
  4. 1/2 cup gram flour
  5. 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  8. to taste Salt
  9. Oil
  10. 1 onion
  11. 1 tomato
  12. 2 green chilli
  13. 1 inch ginger
  14. leaves Coriander
