Step:
To a bowl add flour, oil, water and little bit salt and slowly knead and set aside for 10 minutes.
To a bowl add lightly beaten egg, ghee, red chilli powder, salt cumin seeds, crushed coriander, Ajwain and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
In another bowl remove the skin from the tomatoes or moong dal and blend in blender. I used tomatoes.
Mix both both the mixture in together.
Add fresh coriander and green chilli chopped before applying.
Assembling
Make a ball from dough, roll it like chapati.
Prick holes with the help of fork so that oil can pass through from it.
Apply for thin layer of egg one of the surface of the chapati.
Heat the oil in pan for frying.
Carefully insert the chapati keeping the coated side down in the medium heat oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes till the top side is cooked.
Now very carefully flip the top side down and let it fry for 5 minutes.
