Cup cakes

Line cupcake pans with paper or foil liners.

In medium sized bowl... add all dry ingredients and combine them well.

Beat oil and sugar... add an egg and mix well.

Gradually mix the dry ingredient mixture and milk.... beat for a minute.

Scrap sides, give it a stir, pour in prepared pans.

And bake it for 15 - 18 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
