Step:

  1. Boil milk in a pan. Keep aside.

  2. Now in a separate pan heat ghee. Add Sewai and roast till Aroma comes.

  3. In a bowl soak saffron strands in 2 tb sp milk. Chop dry fruits.

  4. Now add roasted Sewai in boiled milk pan. And let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes or till Sewai start absorbing milk.

  5. At this stage add sugar and stir. Add saffron dissolved milk in it. Stir it continuesly.

  6. Add chopped dry fruits. Keep 1 tb sp dry fruits for garnishing.

  7. Serve hot garnished with chopped dry fruits.

  1. 3 cups full cream milk
  2. 1 bowl sewai
  3. 1 tsp ghee
  4. 1/4 bowl sugar
  5. 4-6 strands saffron
  6. 4-6 dates
  7. 8-10 almonds
  8. 8-10 pistachio
