Step:
First of all wash mutton thoroughly with water 2-3 times and keep aside. Now take all the ingredients of white masala paste section and grind to smooth paste. Keep aside. Take fried onions and grind to smooth paste. Keep aside.
Now take a pressure cooker and add oil. When oil is sufficiently heated add all the whole spices and allow to crackle. Now add mutton and saute till it's colour changes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw aroma disappears.
Now add salt, coriander powder, green chilli and saute again for few minutes. Now add curd and stir. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook upto 5 whistles.do not add any water. Put the flame off and remove the lid carefully.
Now add fried onions paste and white masala paste and saute again for few minutes. Add kasoori methi and fresh cream and cook for few minutes. Remove from the flame.
Serve hot with nan. Drizzle some butter, fresh cream and coriander leaves while serving.

2 tbsp Fresh cream
5-6 golden fried onions
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
7-8 Green chilli slited
2 Bay leaf
2 cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Green cardamom
2 Black cardamom
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kasturi methi
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Refined Oil
White masala paste
8-10 Kaju/cashew
8-10 Badam/almonds
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
