Potato pie

Peel, cut in cubes and cook the potatoes with salt and curry.

Break eggs add onions, grated scotch bonnet, salt, stock cube mix and add potatoes.

Heat pan with oil at medium flame and transfer the mixture in, let it cook and flip the other side carefully and allow to cook. Serve
