Step:
Take a bowl add 1- cup warm milk, sugar and dry yeast and combine for activation. Add 3- cup maida & 1/2-tsp salt, knead a soft dough.
Add 2-tbsp butter and knead further and cover with cling wrap and keep it for rest till it doubles in size.
Remove cling wrap and punch and knead the dough slightly to remove air incorporated. Place the equal balls in greased trays leaving space in between.
Now cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 20-mins. Preheat and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 mins. Or pac turns golden brown from top.
Take out of the oven and RIP butter for shiny look and cover with wet cloth for super soft. Cool completely. Serve ready pav in a plate with pav Bhaji or vada.
