Step:

  1. Mix beetroot puree in handva batter, then add salt, 1 tsp oil, baking soda and whisk properly.

  2. Grease and heat waffle maker (I used a gas waffle maker.)

  3. Then pour the prepared batter,close it and let it cool on slow flame.

  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
