Step:

2 whistle pressure cook all the vegetables,,, let it cool and blend and sieve the mixture
In a sauce pan heat ghee add cumin seeds when cracks add soup mixture,,, add seasoning and bring to boil few minutes,,, garnish with some cream,,,served hot piping soup with croutons and boiled sweet corn

Ingredients

1 small butternut,,,washed peeled and cut in cubes
3 colors (red, yellow and green,,, each 1/2)bell peppers cut in cubes
1 ” pc of ginger
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Italian spice mix
Salt and pepper as per your taste
