Sweet potato macaroni curry

Clean sweet potatoes peel and cut into small pieces

Dry roast macaroni. Make onion paste and keep pressure cooker heat oil add onion paste fry till oil release

Mix turmeric and salt in it add sweet potatoes, macaroni cook for 2mins

Chilli powder, coriander powder once mix it add 1/2 cup water and close the lid keep it for 2 vessels on medium flame

Garnish with cucumber and coriander

And serve it with chapati r poori
