Step:

  1. Chop lamb meat and animal fat as though for kebab

  2. Add crushed garlic, Sujuk spices, pepper molasses, vinegar and salt

  3. Mix all the ingredients well

  4. Using a Sujuk machine, stuff the sausage (sujuk) casting with the meat mixture, while twisting to obtain equal size like sausage

  5. Allow to dry, store in the refrigerator

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg lamb meat for kebab
  2. 100 g animal fat
  3. 100 g garlic
  4. 40 g Sujuk special spices
  5. (alternatively you can replace with a mixture of cinnamon, cumin
  6. paprika, cardamom, cloves,and dried coriander)
  7. 12 g hot pepper molasses
  8. 10 g apple cider vinegar
  9. 10 g salt
