Step:
Take all ingredients of paste in one pan, add about a half a cup of water and let it simmer till tomatoes are softened. Once it cools down blend it into a smooth paste, if needed add some water.
Mix kasuri methi and garam masala and crush it with the hands. Cut paneer into small pieces and soak it in warm water. Spare some paneer, grate it and keep it aside.
Heat ghee/butter, add bay leaf and saute few seconds and add onions, saute it till it becomes transperant.
Add the prepared paste, mix and stir well.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Saute well till the oil separates.
Add one cup of water, stir well and let it simmer for a while.
Add salt and sugar and planeet, mix well then add grated paneer and cook for about one minute.
Now add kasuri methi and garam masala mix. Cook for one minute.
Lastly add cream and turn off the flame,mix well.
Garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander. Serve with roti, chapatis or parathas.
