  3. Fry the kebab chop / cutlet in deep oil. Before dropping the cutlet in the oil lightly soak the cutlets in beaten egg.

  1. 500 grams minced beef / lamb
  2. 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
  4. 1/2 tbsp White pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tbsp Mace powder
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  8. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  10. 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  11. 1 tbsp Coriander leaf
  12. 1/2 tbsp or more Green chili chopped
  13. 1 slice bread soaked in water and drained
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 1 egg
  16. 2 tbsp Biscuit crumbs
  17. For dipping & frying
  18. 2-3 eggs beaten
  19. Bread crumbs
  20. Oil
