Lava Cake

Grease your cupcake moulds with butter and coat the butter with some flour, All purpose flour will do too

Melt your butter and chocolate over heat until all melted

Crack one egg add sugar mix well until pale and add vanilla in too

Add the flour mix well and add the melted chocolate and butter mixture slowly

Put into your cupcake moulds evenly bake in your oven 200c for 10-15 minutes

There you go easiest lava cake, be careful when you plate it, its very delicate
