Step:

  1. Take paneer, add food color, knead it with your palm. Make small balls. Keep it aside.

  2. Now in a big vessel add 3 cups of water. Peel the oranges, deseed and prepare juice. Add the juice to the water. Add sugar, cardamom and food color. Allow it to boil. Then add the balls. Cover and cook for 10 mins on high flame. Chk your rasgulla, if there is a need then allow it to cook for 4-5 mins more. The komola bhog is ready. Due to lockdown, could not get kesar/saffron. Can add saffron while boiling the chasni.

  1. 250 gms paneer(already made before hand)
  2. For Roshogolla/Rasgulla
  3. 3-4 oranges
  4. 2 tsp orange food color
  5. For chasni
  6. 2 cardamom
  7. 1.5 cup sugar
