Step:

  1. Mix the milk, custard powder and sugar in a plate until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Take a slice of bread and dip one side in the milk mixture and place the same side on the hot grilled pan. Apply ghee on the top side too. Cook until both sides are golden brown in colour.

  3. Arrange on a plate and garnish with your favourite fruits. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and done.
