Step:

  1. Shred roast chicken

  2. Dice onions and capsicum

  3. Mix onions, capsicum and roast chicken with cream sauce in an oven safe bowl

  4. Top with some mayo if you want. Add cheese slices and shredded cheese

  5. Place in oven at 200C for 15minutes or until golden.

Ingredients

  1. 1 can corn kernels
  2. 1-2 capsicum
  3. slices Cheddar cheese
  4. Shredded cheese
  5. Roast chicken
  6. 1 can cream sauce (eg carbonara or cauliflower macncheese sauce)
  7. 1 onion
  8. Kewpie mayo (optional)
