Step:

  1. Preheat oven 400 and set muffin tin aside.

  2. Distribute batter in muffin tin then put in oven.

  3. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.

  4. When ready set aside to cool and serve with a chilled glass of milk.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups oat flour
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1/2 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
  5. 1/2 cup milk (I used coconut milk)
  6. 1/4 cup apple sauce
  7. 1 apple (diced)
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. Nuts (optional)
