Fried plums with a white chocolate centre

After stones are move from the inside,Fry plums for 5-10 minutes on a pan of cooking oil.

Melt some white cooking chocolate and then put the chocolate in a mixing bowl and then put three teaspoons of sugar in and mix in with chocolate.

Then put chocolate in the fried plum

Put in freezer for 1 hour to let chocolate freeze
