Step:
Soak daal mash and daal mong overnight. Both daals are without chilka or husk.
Then blend these soaked daals and make a thick mixture by adding gram flour, salt, black pepper and ginger garlic paste.
Mix it very well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Now shallow fry small bhulay. You can make round or flatten. You can freez these bhulas at this stage for future use.
Soak your bhulas in warm water for a while and strain them.
In dahi put salt, chilli and sugar and mix well.
In a dish put these soaked bhulas and pour dahi on them.
Now add chat masala, dahi bhula masala and imli sauce on it. Can garnish with any vegetable etc carrot, onion, green dhuniya or cabbage. It's up to your choice.

1 cup daal mong(washed)
1/2 cup gram flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
For serve:
500 grams dahi
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilli
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp sugar
4 Tbs imli sauce
2 Tbs dahi bhula masala
(mixture of grounded roasted zeera and roasted dry coriander)
