Step:

  1. Fillet cut pork to small slices

  2. On a separate bowl, mix Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper & Lemon. Mix until Brown Sugar is almost liquefied. Lastly, apply Ketchup

  3. Mix pork into bowl. Then marinate for 1 hr.

  4. Skew pork marinate to sticks. Grill.

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 kg Pork Steak / BBQ Cut
  2. 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  3. 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  6. 4 tbsp Banana Ketchup
  7. 2 tbsp Calamansi Juice
