Step:
In a bowl add grated or chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, salt, sugar, Baking powder and flour. Knead with water and make soft dough. Cover for 10 minutes. Then pour oil on dough and knead it again to make soft dough. Cover it for 1 hour.
Make 8 round balls with the dough. Then flatten each dough and brush with ghee.
Sprinkle some flour on it and fold it like shown in the pictures. (Greased with ghee at every fold then sprinkle flour).
At last roll it and make round shape ball (called paira). Then cover it. Take a 1st ball and flatten it. Dust some flour and spread it on a plastic paper/sheet.
Make all equal size Paratha's and set one by one, by placing a plastic paper between two Paratha's. Freeze them in freezer. Now take a Paratha take off plastic wrap and fry in light oil. Til golden from both sides.

I tsp baking powder
1/2 cup carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped)
Water for kneading (as required)
2 tbls oil
Ghee (as required)
Extra flour (for dusting)
