Mix all the dry ingredients, then the other. Then mix it and start to knead. Knead it at least 10 mins Then cover it with towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.
After an hour, cut the dough into small sizes.Make a string like dough and wrapped around the hotdog.
Place it on the tray, and let the dough rise again.Then brush it with egg wash and bake it.
