Prepare pancake mix according to package if your using box mix.....
Spray a large skillet with butter cooking spray......
On low heat pour into skillet a small amount of pancake mix, then tilt skillet around to make sure pancake is completely covering the bottom of skillet.......you can add a little bit more of pancake mix to the skillet if you need to.......
Turn pancake over when top looks almost done........
Spread your peanut butter over top of pancake.......
Place your sliced banana over peanut butter......
Carefully roll up your pancake while it is still in the skillet on low heat.....
Remove from skillet and place on a plate.....
Top with your favorite topping and enjoy !!
