Step:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

  2. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir together.

  4. Spread batter in a buttered 9 inch spring pan

  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (until toothpick comes clean).

  6. Sift cocoa powder & powder sugar & add remaining ingredients for frosting. Mix until combined.

  7. Quickly add marshmallows on top of the cake. Bake for approximately 5 minutes (until marshmallows have a spread).

  8. Gently squish marshmallows down with a spoon. Slowly pour frosting over marshmallows, being sure to cover as much as possible. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.

  6. 2 eggs (whisked)

  8. 1/2 cup marshmallows
  9. Frosting
  10. 1/4 cup melted butter
  11. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  12. 1/8 cup milk
  13. 1/8 cup half and half
  14. 1 1/4 cups powder sugar
  15. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
